Janet has shared some wholesome nutritous meals with us, give them a try while training this summer!

Meatballs with wholegrain spaghetti

Ingredients:

  • Meatballs
  • 1 jar of Janet’s Just Delicious Classic Roast Tomato SauceEtape Connemara training food
  • Fresh wholegrain spaghetti
  • Fresh shavings of parmesan cheese
  • Fresh coriander finely chopped

Method:

  • Pan fry the meatballs until fully cooked in a little olive/rapeseed oil
  • Heat the pasta sauce.  Either in a pot or take off the jar lid and heat in the microwave
  • Cook and drain the spaghetti
  • Serve the spaghetti with the meatballs on top and then pour over the pasta sauce
  • Garnish with the fresh coriander and parmesan cheese
